Now that I am late, and have filled out all forms, they don't want to help me. That is my first, my second "Citifinancial" is a predatory lender who refuses to modify my loan to a lower interest rate. They charge 12.5%. What I need is a refi incorporating both to one with a low rate, can't find anyonen to help me though. Plus, I needed someone that also wouldn't charge me and arm and a leg because I was already in trouble. I found a national organization of loan modification specialists called National Association of Mortgage Negotiators. They helped me link up with someone in my area and I couldn't be happier. You may suggest clients look them up to find reputable people near you. Trust me, it was nice to have help that was also in my budget. I have experienced alot of calls from people wanting to know about the bail out program. Is there anything I can do, or should do, to help these people?
